Orbital exists because I kept watching agencies hand off a website and disappear — and watching DIY builders hand off a template and nothing else. Both leave the operating problem for the client to solve alone. I wanted to build the studio I'd want to hire: ship the platform, then keep it running with agents instead of walking away. Everything on this site — the pricing, the process, the honest "we don't have a long client roster yet" — is written the way I'd want a vendor to talk to me.
