Not on the ladder? Scope a custom agent.
Most repetitive tasks don't map cleanly onto a named agent. Tell us what you're trying to automate, and we'll scope it against the same three price bands as everything else in the catalog — no call required to get started.
What a custom agent is
Every agent in the catalog started as one client's repetitive task, generalized into a named, priced product. A custom agent is that same process running for you specifically — built to your systems, your escalation rules, and, if it turns out to fit an existing tier well, priced the same as everything else on this site.
What we need to know
What kind of business is this?
So we scope against agents that already exist for businesses like yours.
What repetitive task should stop being manual?
The single clearest thing eating time right now — not a wishlist.
What systems would it need to touch?
Your CRM, storefront, accounting software, inbox — whatever the task actually lives in.
When should it stop and ask a human?
Always ask, act above a threshold, or run autonomously within guardrails.
How often does this happen?
Roughly how many times a month — this is most of what sets the tier and price.
How the engagement works
- 1
Send the brief
Fill out the form below with what you're trying to automate. No call needed to start.
- 2
We scope it
Within 48 hours you get a tier suggestion, a price band, and what we'd need from your systems to build it.
- 3
You approve the spec
If it fits, we confirm scope and setup fee before any work starts — no surprise invoice.
- 4
We build and hand off
Same build process as every named agent in the catalog: trigger, action, escalation rule, weekly report.
Honest pricing, before you commit to anything
A custom agent is priced against the same three bands as the rest of the catalog, not a bespoke number invented on the spot: $190–490/mo if it turns out to be one trigger and one action, $790–1,900/mo if it owns a whole function, $2,500–7,500/mo if it needs to supervise several agents toward one outcome. If your infrastructure or constraints put it outside all three, we say so and quote it as an enterprise engagement instead.

Frequently asked
No — fill out the form and we'll reply within 48 hours with a scoped tier and price band. A call is optional if you'd rather talk it through.
We'll tell you and point you at it — a named agent that already fits is faster and usually cheaper than building a custom one from scratch.
Then it's an enterprise engagement, scoped and quoted individually — that happens when the infrastructure or constraints are genuinely bespoke, not because we ran out of bands to fit it into.
The same as its tier once scoped: about a week for something task-sized, 2–4 weeks for a whole function, 6+ weeks for something that supervises several agents.
