Shipped: Conversion Infrastructure — Real Forms, Booking, Chat
Session 4: a D1-backed contact form with Turnstile and lead scoring, Cal.com booking, and a live-chat backend running on the Claude API replaced every fake form on the site.
Every "form" on the old site was decorative. This session wired the contact form to a
real D1 database with Cloudflare Turnstile spam verification, automatic lead scoring,
and two automated emails on submit (owner notification + auto-reply). Added /book
with a live Cal.com embed, and a /api/chat backend so the live-chat widget answers
from the real Claude API instead of a hardcoded script — with human handoff writing a
real lead.
Verified: a real form submission creates a database row and both emails send; an empty spam-verification token is rejected; the booking embed loads a live event type.
