Shipped: Analytics, Performance & OG Images
Session 8: a 15-event first-party analytics taxonomy, per-market KPI splits, a real performance pass, and on-demand OG images for every page.
Instrumented a full 15-event, first-party (no cookies) analytics taxonomy end to end,
with an /admin/analytics dashboard showing traffic, four real funnels, and every KPI
split by market (EN/FA). Found and fixed a real bug shipping an entire 631KB icon
library to every page for ten icons actually used, and a Hero animation that was
delaying this homepage's Largest Contentful Paint. Real-browser LCP improved from
2,028ms to 1,468ms. Every page also gained an on-demand, on-brand OG image.
Verified: all 15 taxonomy events confirmed landing in the database and visible on the dashboard within one refresh; OG images verified for both EN and FA home pages.
