Automated the entire post-signup lifecycle: two full bilingual email sequences (welcome/nurture and quote-followup), sent on a 15-minute cron engine that catches up overdue steps automatically. SMS hot-lead alerts route by phone prefix — Twilio for global numbers, SMS.ir for Iranian (+98) numbers — through one shared provider interface. The compliance footer (unsubscribe link + mailing address) is appended by the send engine itself, not the editable template, so it can never be accidentally stripped.
Verified: a real subscriber enrolls and receives its first email immediately; the cron handler correctly advances overdue steps; an unsubscribe link from a real sent email works end-to-end.
