AI Sales & Support Assistant
Chats with customers in Persian, day and night, and always checks the real price and stock before answering — never a guess.
Shoppers get instant, accurate answers. When something's genuinely too tricky, it hands off to a real person instead of pretending to know.
A cosmetics store that couldn't afford to start over
Sweet Teddy (سوییتتدی) sells cosmetics from brands like Dior, Rare Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, and Gisou to shoppers across Iran. The site was slow and dated — but it was already ranking well in Google, with real customers finding it through search every day. Most agencies treat a redesign as a clean slate and quietly break links, tank rankings, and lose sales in the process. We couldn't do that here: the brief was to make the store dramatically better without risking a single existing customer, order, or ranking.
Zero-downtime migration: every Google ranking kept intact
We rebuilt the entire store — new design, faster pages, full Persian/English support — on the exact same platform it already ran on. Every product page, category, and blog post kept its exact same web address. We checked this directly, page by page, across the entire catalog before calling it done — not a spot check, the whole site. Nothing a customer had bookmarked, and nothing Google had indexed, ever broke.
Now Google recognizes it as a real business
Before the redesign, Google's own data read the store as belonging to one individual person — not a company. That's part of what tells Google, and a customer scanning search results, whether they're looking at an established business or a personal page. We corrected it. The store now shows up the way an active, trustworthy retail brand should — before a customer even clicks through.
A custom payment integration built for a market WooCommerce doesn't support out of the box
No off-the-shelf WooCommerce plugin verifies a direct bank transfer — but that's how a large share of online shoppers in Iran pay. The store's old process for that meant someone manually cross-checking every payment, every night. We engineered a custom integration that automates the entire flow end to end, plus a standard card gateway running alongside it for shoppers who prefer that.
That's hours of manual bookkeeping the store owner gets back every week, and zero risk of a payment slipping through the cracks at 11pm.
Seven digital employees who never clock out
Sweet Teddy doesn't have a night shift. It has seven of them — running every hour, every day, without a single sick day. One genuinely thinks: a real AI assistant chatting with shoppers. The other six are simpler, and just as valuable — quiet rules that never forget, never get tired, and never miss a sale. Tap any agent below to see what it actually does.
Smart, but never expensive
AI chat tools can quietly run up a huge bill. This one can't — because it wasn't built that way. The store's owner picks the AI model, every reply stays short and to the point, and every single conversation shows up with its own price tag. No surprise invoices, ever.
The real results, measured honestly
Four of five pages got noticeably faster on mobile, and accessibility improved across the board. The homepage didn't speed up as much as the rest — its video and product carousels are the bottleneck. That's the next thing we're optimizing, and we're saying so here rather than only publishing the numbers that look good.
What's next
Speeding up the homepage is the immediate next step. Beyond that: a shorter, dedicated domain is planned for later this year, once the current site has fully settled in, and some English product descriptions are still being written natively rather than machine-translated.
