Compares the current text word-for-word against the last stored version, not just checking the page still loads. It strips out dynamically injected content first — a cookie-consent banner, a "last updated" timestamp that changes on every load — so those never register as a false content change.

Any detected change — a single sentence or a full rewrite — is reported immediately, not batched into a monthly summary. A change to a single number — a notice period, a refund window, a liability cap — is called out specifically in the alert, not folded into a generic "text changed" line that leaves you re-reading the whole page to find it.

Shows the exact diff, added and removed text side by side, so you never have to reread the whole page to find it. The diff keeps the surrounding paragraph for context, not just the bare changed line, so you can judge intent — a clarifying edit versus a substantive policy change — without opening the live page separately.

It only reports — approving or drafting the new legal wording stays entirely with you or your counsel.
