Abandoned-Cart Recovery Agent

Every abandoned cart gets a timed follow-up sequence — no spreadsheet, no manual emailing.

$290/mo
+$490 one-time setup fee

What it watches

Carts left inactive past your chosen window

What it does

Sends a timed recovery sequence and reports recovered revenue weekly

When it asks a human first

If a customer replies with a question, or the cart total is above a threshold you set, the sequence pauses and flags the cart to your inbox instead of sending the next automated message. That pause holds until you act on it — it never silently resumes after a timeout, since resuming could mean an automated nudge landing in a conversation a human already stepped into.

How it works

  1. 1
    Watches for abandonment

Flags a cart the moment it sits inactive past your chosen window, read directly from your storefront’s cart events — so recovery starts within seconds of the cutoff, not the next time someone checks a dashboard.

  2. 2
    Sends the first nudge

An hour in, a friendly reminder with the cart contents goes out — no discount yet, just a reminder it exists. The subject line names the actual item left behind, never a generic "you forgot something."

  3. 3
    Escalates the offer

At 24 hours, a second message adds a capped discount code if the cart is still open, tuned to what actually gets replies. That discount only ever appears here, never in the first message, so it doesn’t train customers to abandon carts on purpose.

  4. 4
    Makes a final attempt

At 72 hours, a last message closes the loop, after which the cart is marked cold and excluded from future sequences — permanently for that cart, not a snooze, so nobody gets nudged twice about the same order.

  5. 5
    Stops on purchase or reply

Any completed order or customer reply halts the sequence instantly, so no one gets nudged about something they already bought. The check runs before every send, not just at sequence start, so a purchase seconds before message two still cancels it.

What triggers it

  • · Cart inactive past your chosen window (default 1 hour)
  • · Cart total is above a value you flag for manual review
  • · Customer replies to any message in the sequence
  • · A purchase completes, stopping the sequence immediately

What you get

  • · A 3-message recovery sequence sent per abandoned cart
  • · A weekly recovered-revenue report by cart value
  • · A flagged high-value cart in your inbox
  • · A one-time discount code minted at the final step, capped by you

Not the right fit if

Not for businesses with fewer than ~20 abandoned carts a month — the volume doesn't justify a dedicated sequence over one manual follow-up email. It's also not the right first agent for a brand-new store still finding product-market fit: fix why people are abandoning before automating the chase.

The math

At ~150 abandoned carts/mo × 3 min, that is roughly 7.5 h/mo — an estimate, not a guarantee.

Deployed in TITAN's build

TITAN runs this exact agent: carts idle 3 hours get a reminder SMS, carts idle 24 hours get a one-time discount code minted automatically, and recovery stops the moment a purchase completes.
